Reading: Intentions
The Cherry Creek Theatre will be celebrating its 10th season with a series of special events that will last throughout 2020. The first of these special events is a free staged reading of Intentions, a new play by Dorothy Marcic. You may remember Dorothy as the playwright of Respect: A Musical Journey of Women, that we presented in 2018.
Intentions

Intentions begins 25 years after an Iranian husband takes his young daughter to Iran, where his American wife cannot enter. The play opens in the U.S. with the mother and daughter seeing each other for the first time since the daughter disappeared. When the father arrives, the mother wants to confront her ex while he tries to justify his actions.
