Stephen Day is delighted to return to Cherry Creek Theatre, appearing previously in CCT’s 10th Anniversary Concert, My Way, Side by Side by Sondheim (Henry Award Nomination), A Grand Night For Singing, Sondheim on Sondheim and Red Hot & Cole. He has appeared in 12 Arvada Center productions including Les Miserables, La Cage Aux Folles, Sunset Boulevard, Chess, Jesus Christ Superstar, Christmas Carol, Hairspray, Sister Act, and She Loves Me. At the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina: The Producers, The Drowsy Chaperone, Gypsy and most recently as Juan Peron in Evita. At the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center: Man of La Mancha, Spamalot, and 9 to 5. Concert work includes performing as soloist with the Colorado Symphony conducted by Marvin Hamlisch. He is a multiple award nominee and winner, including three Colorado Theatre Guild Henry Awards and two Marlowe Awards. Training: University of Windsor, Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto, and The Second City.
