Marcy has worked in theatre since she was a child and enjoyed a long career as a performer before moving into costume design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre from Wilmington College of Ohio and is currently working on her Master of Fine Arts degree in costume design from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Her work was recently nominated for a 2021 regional BroadwayWorld award for best costume design for Rock of Ages at The Henegar Center in Melbourne, Florida. She also teaches sewing classes for Denver Parks and Recreation. She would like to thank her husband, Phillip, for his unyielding love and support, and the cast, crew, and production team for all of their hard work and dedication.
